January 2, 2019: Watched me a little Football, and also watched the outdoor Winter Hockey Classic at Notre Dame Stadium. Soo cool! I try never to miss a Winter Classic hockey game, played outdoors like it was meant to be played. But in this Case it spoke to me about all of this New Year. The sign that hangs on the wall running out of the tunnel. "PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY!"
But what if I make a mistake? Oh trust me, I’ve probably made enough mistakes for all of us. I once read that a person who never made a mistake never ever tried anything new?
Let this be the year that mistakes don’t keep you from pursuing NEW THINGS! The New Year always comes with New things, that is how God designed it! New improvements, New challenges, But thank God He made a New You! Guess what, sometimes New Improvements and challenges won’t be made on the first try! If we could do it without God to help us, then what good is that. It is time for us to hang on where others let go! Pick up what others throw down! The New You has great intentions, but Great intentions don’t feed the bull dog! Pick them up and PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY! There may be a crack in your idea, but that is the only way light can get in! Go for it, and ring that bell ALL YEAR LONG! God Bless you and Help you to LIVE LIKE A CHAMPION ALL YEAR LONG!
